We all want to sell our homes and make a lot of profit through property value appreciation, but I've seen this time and time again create a lack of demand(0 showings versus 20 showings in a few days depending) when it is time to sell. Poor condition Nobody wants to buy a home that's in poor condition. If your home has significant wear and tear or is in need of repairs, it can be difficult to sell. Consider making any necessary repairs and sprucing up your home with fresh paint, new fixtures, and other updates to make it more appealing to potential buyers. Real estate professionals work daily seeing homes with clients looking to buy and know exactly what they look at first. I'd recommend asking for guidance when looking to make the most significant repairs to provide the best bang for your buck.
