Our initiative
Home For Paws
Home For Paws is the heart of this business. Every home Olivia helps buy, sell or lease funds care for a rescue animal in South Florida — vaccinations, medical care, foster supplies and adoption support through local partner rescues.
At closing, each client receives the story of the animal their transaction supported. Some clients meet them. A few take them home. That is the best possible outcome of a closing gift.
Beyond funding, the initiative organizes supply drives, foster transport and volunteer days, and connects new homeowners with reputable local rescues when they are ready to adopt.
