Meet Olivia Bardinelli
Not a straight line, which is the point
After college Olivia moved to a country she had never visited to become Emirates cabin crew, an experience that took her around the world and taught her to listen first. She later supported private equity firms in New York City, where she built the discipline and follow through she now brings to every transaction.
That drive brought her to South Florida, where she started her real estate business from the ground up and founded All Business Real Estate Group, guiding buyers, sellers and investors across Palm Beach, Broward, Martin and St. Lucie counties.
Beyond real estate she is a member of the Junior League of Boca Raton and a dedicated community advocate, volunteering with Boca Helping Hands, serving as an ASPCA District Captain and sitting on the South Florida Board of Realtors RPAC Committee, alongside support for the American Cancer Society and local animal rescues. Every closing supports a local rescue animal.
