Olivia Bardinelli

After college Olivia moved to a country she had never visited to become Emirates cabin crew, an experience that took her around the world and taught her to listen first. She later supported private equity firms in New York City, where she built the discipline and follow through she now brings to every transaction.

That drive brought her to South Florida, where she started her real estate business from the ground up and founded All Business Real Estate Group, guiding buyers, sellers and investors across Palm Beach, Broward, Martin and St. Lucie Counties.

Her clients are relocating families, first-time buyers, seasonal residents and investors, and the work looks the same for each of them: honest pricing guidance, disciplined negotiation and a transaction managed detail by detail until closing.

Beyond real estate she is a member of the Junior League of Boca Raton, an ASPCA District Captain and a member of the South Florida Board of Realtors RPAC Committee. Every closing supports a rescue animal through her Home For Paws initiative.
